Nurse Unit Manager | Mental Health | NUM Location: Sydney Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent A well-established hospital in Sydney is seeking an experienced and committed Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead its dedicated Mental Health inpatient service. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a growing program that provides evidence-based care to adults requiring acute mental health support. About the Role As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a specialised inpatient Mental Health Unit offering services such as: Mood disorders (depression, bipolar) Anxiety and stress-related conditions PTSD and trauma-related presentations Postnatal mental health care Addiction support Structured group therapy programs including CBT, DBT and mindfulness-based approaches You will drive clinical excellence, promote a positive team culture, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
